Explosive Anger is an unwanted physical response (shouting, throwing things, being physically violent, etc) where the person in question has very little to no control over their reaction.

Extreme Reactions Coaching for Anger works at a neurological level working to re-wire your internal reactions and brain chemistry and as such ,create fast long lasting change. It also works at an unconscious level as this is where these behaviours are stored.

Anger Management focuses on understand your anger, its route causes then learning tools to consciously manage these reactions.

Our consultants offer coaching services after working hours so you can connect from 6:00pm – 10:00pm UK time to make sure you can let go of that anger once and for all.

After the first session you will be sent back into the world to see how things are different and we will ajust as needed to reach your outcome.

This varies from person to person, however, normally people need between 2 and 3 sessions.

The way this approach works is we work together to create a shift in the session. You then go out and see what happens in the real world. After this we work on any final adjustments.

There is a one-time fee of £297.00 or $369.00

This will be for 2-3 sessions of coaching and if by the end of the programme you do not have a significant shift, you will be offered an additional session or your money back.
